What information does Company collect about you?

If at any time, you would like to access, review, correct and/or delete the personal information we have about you, you can let us know via the contact details listed below. We will implement the change promptly except where it is disallowed for legal reasons. Company will send an acknowledgement or confirmation of the request to your e-mail address on file, and reserves the right to request information to verify the identity of the individual making the request.
